Lingayen town hall undergoes facelift

LINGAYEN - The old municipal hall of the province’s capital town is having a P16 million facelift.
Mayor Ernesto Castañeda said that the town hall, built sometime in 1960s, can no longer accommodate the volume of people transacting business, thus the need to expand it.
