A joke or a threat?

Where is the Duque’s libel suit against, Mr. Pontaoe? Those “DREAM TEAM” lawyers of Mr. Duque are taking too long to file the so-called "LIBEL SUIT" arising from the abuse of PRESS FREEDOM as defined by Mr. Duque. Since everything that these lawyers need is in the internet and Mr. Duque as an attorney was very much sure of which law he will use to file the suit, I wonder if Mr. Duque is really serious or just plainly threatening Mr. Pontaoe. As James Bond usually says to Q-‘You must be joking’.
