Mr. Edwin Coquia smelled graft and tasted it, too. Let us give the benefit of the doubt to JDL towing company if it is really contracted to POSO to do towing in the city of Dagupan. But what is puzzling becoming totally illogical is the authority of this towing company that it can issue traffic tickets and collect cash for fines incurred. It is possible that POSO is only tasked to boot any violator. However, giving the free hand that JLD has is like letting the fox in the chicken coop. With manipulation of receipts as shown on Edwin's…. it is a disaster waiting to happen that shows the inutility and complete ineptness of the city under The Benjie. If there is a contract signed for this purpose….it stinks. For the good of the city to collect all monies from the tickets issued… the owners of these vehicles should pay directly to the treasurer's office and let JLD do what it was contracted for…..towing and nothing else. Anyway… where is the legal chicken Din-Din Baniqued?
