The dredging machine was an idiotic i
nvestment from the get-go since those clowncilors and The Benjie decided to buy it. It was a boondoggle that even the lowly citizen of Dagupan could understand that if a machine is seen floating around without an operator and out of gas, it can be concluded the situation of the city is akin to it. The ultimate insult the City Clowncil, The Benjie, the administrator (excuses) Baraan, the city legal chicken Baniqued can pull without remorse, without semblance of decency….the irrelevancy of public officials gone amok. Now, the city is precipitously close to bankruptcy. And The Benjie has still the guts to say; the city should be judged not on the financial condition but on its performance. What is he talking about? Was he smoking Panama Red, Hawaiian Black or the most lethal you can find in the market…the Mexican Chinchimilla? Or, too much travel to China has his mind muddled by the pollution that's so prevalent in the Chinese landscape. How lucky these numbed jerkos are. If this is America, we could have seen indictments on corruption, kickbacks and schemes to defraud the people. The former governor of Illinois, Ryan was indicted on corruption of selling licenses to ineligible drivers. Found guilty and sentenced to 6 years in the clink. All those close to him were sentenced to do time. Next in line is the powerful mayor of Chicago….Rich Daley. His patronage chief was found guilty and is due to sing like a canary. If Daley is indicted, you can bet your dime he will spend some time in the hoosegow. This is the way America deals with political corruption. Unforgiving.
