Family planning is the answer

How do you propose to distribute the wealth? That sounds like communism to me. Redistribution of wealth has never worked because if money is taken from Paul to give to Peter, Paul will find a way to keep it, usually by taking it out of the country. Taxing the "rich” does not work. With more taxes fewer jobs are created. It is not the responsibility of others to take care of the six or seven children created by those who cannot afford them. Family planning is the only answer. As far as relocating people from the Metro Manila area to the provinces, that too, is useless. Many are hungry in the provinces also. What is needed is business investments throughout the country. That is not done by taxing those with money to invest. Also, an improved public, i.e., free, education system that includes training in fields such as basic computer knowledge, needed trades and language skills which are in demand in the global market. The elimination of poverty and hunger cannot be achieved when children must go to school with an empty stomach then return home to an inadequate meal he has to share with his six or seven siblings. Again, the only answer is family planning.
