Former Information Minister Gregorio S. Cendana was a very nice person and a gentleman in the highest degree.In fact, those who worked under him from 1972 to 1986 and who resettled in other parts of world said that Mr. Cendana was a father and a big brother to them.
Whenever they had some personal problems, they went directly to him and he was helping them without any questions asked.
They are praying for the repose of the soul of Mr. Cendana.
