Dagupan is BANGUS CAPITAL OF THE WORLD AND SEAFOOD BASKET OF THE NORTH?
This must be a joke. How can a city be a SEAFOOD BASKET OF THE NORTH when nobody serves fresh or cooked OYSTER at the so-called five (5) star hotel and the WORLD CLASS RESORT? At the rate the fishponds in Dagupan are being converted into housing subdivision and the rivers and waterways are converted into fishpens, Dagupan will be a “FORMER BANGUS CAPITAL OF THE WORLD” in a few years. So I read many months ago Mayor Lim suggested that BANGUS from other places be labeled also as BANGUS from DAGUPAN for export purposes. That is CHEATING or FRAUD. I hope this leaders stop teaching our young people this wrong way of living.
