Leakage and Cheating:As long as GMA’s fight against corruption is always engaged in the “IGNITION OR START MODE”, the situation in the Philippines will remain status quo. Now, how can the so-called “MEDICAL TOURISM” that the administration is embarking on to revive the economy be successful when corruption exists everywhere. Again, the president appropriated some money to investigate the leakage or cheating. That means the investigative agencies will not investigate if there is no additional money although it is part of their responsibility or mandate. Just like the investigation of the murders of several journalists, stopping of the jueteng, wiping out of the insurgency, and pretty soon maybe even to wash their laundry. The investigation that does not need any appropriation though is MONEY LAUNDERING. The launderers can provide the money to stop the investigation or make a "moro-moro" investigation for pampaganda kay Gloria. These days, seldom that you read anyone being caught with drugs. Everywhere is ‘DRUG FREE, JUETENG FREE AGAIN’?
