Feel happy expressing it

26 August 2006Ms. Ric,
If my posting sounded like I was whining or complaining, maybe I was, and maybe it is because of what I see around the city. Yes, you are correct. The city has so much to offer to everyone, only if the leaders will at least try to really do their jobs and deliver their promises or at least they serve with good intentions that are to help the people. I know am just one small voice and there are louder voices up there and still some people refuse to listen. My point is, I feel happy that at least l tried to express my opinion.
I do come back here (Pang.) often sometimes every year or twice a year. Guam is just a little more than 3 hours from the Philippines and so it is easy for us to just hop on the plane and visit our relatives, get a yearly physical check up, or just to come and enjoy the luxury our country has to offer like the R & R that we mostly need after a year of stress due to demand from the work we do. For me, it is almost like a permanent stay and not just a visit. After 32 years away from our mother country, part of us (Jerry and me) still longed to be home. Hopefully when Jerry will finally decide to limit his Engineering practice in Guam, he and I will try to venture on a different field when he comes home (Phil). He is doing his research and experiments on farming and hopefully will help our farmer kababayans.
Ms. Ric, when you visit our city next time, give me a call. We will both go and visit some sites around our province. By the way, Thanks and Good Day.
