I agree with you Mr Pontaoe, the drainage is the biggest problem, 1/2 hour of rain and roads are flooded along Caranglaan, Mayombo & Arellano Streets. The drainage along these streets is not big enough and there is the lack of maintenance. Most of these are clogged with mud and plastic garbage. [...]
