Ms. Ric, thank you for your unsolicited advice. You are not the first one who gave me that advice. I am aware that some people consider God and religion as boring subjects for discussion in the forum, a taboo and verboten topics that nobody wants to listen. To put it on your own words, “It gets in the way of my enjoying your posts.”

I do not know if I understand you clearly. It is okay for you to discuss evil in your previous posting but you find it not enjoyable or palatable if someone discusses God, Christianity, Jesus Christ, Bible, etc. How can I response properly to your opinion regarding evil that is bad if you want me to trim my commentaries regarding God who is good?

I am having a problem with your advice because you speak freely using the word ”evil” when you said in your previous post, “For us to sit idly by and pretend that everything is honky-dory is idiocy in its optimum. For anyone to expect us to go back to hear-no-evil-see-no-evil days needs a rude awakening. And for anyone to suggest that ruffling politician’s feathers is somehow detrimental to our society, I’d question their patriotism.”

Ms. Ric, I guess nobody is expecting us to go back to hear-no-evil-see-no-evil days because we have not left those days in the first place. Actually, we have gone from bad to worse. What is possibly idiocy in its optimum is for some people to demonize those who are law-abiding or those who have done nothing wrong while at the same time undemonize and idolize those who do not respect the law. There must be a better way to pinpoint with accuracy the good and the bad or evil in order to reward those who are really good and to punish those who are really evil.

The devils never sit idly by, always busy misleading us making sure everything will be unsatisfactory or making sure conditions will never be honky-dory for us. The number one public enemy, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Nowadays, there is no need to pretend to hear-no-evil-see-no-evil because their unlawful activities are very obvious and are happening in many places. Even if other people know who they are and witnessed their criminal activities, the public seem to be helpless and unable to do something against them. Anybody who goes against their wishes runs the risk of being killed or destroyed.

If certain sectors of our society are very selective in what they want to fight against as if other evils of society do not exist, the real culprits, big and small, are often ignored, undetected and scot free to become repeat offenders and/or totally free from punishments and penalties. The more dangerous and destructive must be given higher priorities such as corruptions, illegal drugs, murders, terrorisms, kidnappings, smuggling, spying, rapes, prostitution, robberies, killings, assassinations, maligning and misleading others, all kinds of cheating, other illegal and criminal acts, etc. Reliable preventive countermeasures must be formed.

To successfully defeat the devils of illegal drugs is to make sure that there is not a single drug lord to monopolize the market and to ensure rehabilitation of more than one million Filipinos who were addicted to the dangerous and highly destructive illegal drugs that can induce evil ways.

What we urgently and really need to see is the day when we ultimately hear no evil and see no evil because the actual devil and his ilks are gone for good. Anybody who thinks that we can defeat all the devils in the midst of our society without the help of our God needs to think again. We need to harness the supernatural power of Almighty to defeat the devils and to put them where they belong, thrown into abyss, sealed and kept from deceiving the nation any further. We must have faith in Divine Providence that guides the destinies and lives of men and nations.
