What makes a cheat….

There’s a difference between being handed a cheat sheet without asking for it and asking for a cheat sheet knowing that it is indeed a cheat sheet. We all agree that the latter is a cop out - dishonesty no matter how you dress it up. Pero kung naka-upo ka lang na naghihintay para mag umpisa ng test, tapos may nagbigay ng papel sa yo. Binasa mo ngayon ang papel, kahit na may laman na leak question, hindi mo ito alam hangang hindi mo pa nauumpisahan ang test. The question now is, what do you do after you discover that it is indeed cheated materials. Do you step forward and clear your conscience or do you live with this lie for the rest of your life?One more note on this fiasco: Why were these candidates even allowed in the building with anything but an identification card? Tests are compromised everyday, but it seems this governing body “allows” it to happen.
