How can Rosales win the award for “Most Outstanding Local Government Unit in Eco-Tourism Promotion and Environmental Protection” in the Ilocos region. Paki-check lang po ang ilog that runs in the barangays Bakit-bakit stretching to San Pedro, Poblacion zone 5, station to zone 1.
