Glad to know the Phil Coast Guard acted on this issue but implementation is the most important thing. Each life is of great value. That’s what the government is for, to protect the life of each constituent. Thumbs up!!!!

Education, Discipline, Cooperation… we must have these three to have a clean environment. Educate the population. Instill discipline to them and ask for their cooperation to achieve cleanliness. Leaders, parents, teachers and others must lead by example.
