SWITCH-ON FOR MORE POWER—Officials of the National Transmission Commission led by Dr. Alan Ortiz (right) switches on the new 100 megavolt ampere power transformer of TransCo in Labrador town, built at a cost of P111 million that assures added power for distribution in Western and Central Pangasinan.
