MORE IRRIGATION FACILITIES — Economic development continues to gain momentum in Pangasinan as the provincial government implements more development programs and projects. Photo shows Gov. Victor Agbayani signing a memorandum of agreement with municipal and barangay officials and officers of various irrigators' associations for the construction of 18 more communal irrigation systems covering a total area of 1,462 hectares and serving 1,137 farmers. –PIO
