FOR PEDESTRIANS' SAFETY– Dagupan City Councilor Alex de Venecia (right) turns over traffic signage to traffic enforcer Louie Ulanday of the motorcycle unit of the Public Order and Safety Office in an effort to promote safety in the streets. De Venecia made the turn-over during his birthday celebration last week.
