It is far too common occurrence the non-attendance of these dead beat corruptcilors who flaunted that they are not answerable to nobody.

Resolution No. 4715 is a sham. A stage act to placate the public from the performance of their duties, a front to cover up a political cancer that has already metastasized in the corruptcil.

What should be done to stop these fiends in milking the Dagupan cow? A radical mastectomy is mighty necessary. The press should vigorously pursue the exposures of these corruptcilors. But, the ultimate call to change are the people of Dagupan themselves. Are they up to it? Would not they sell their votes to the highest bidder?

Looking at the notorious absentees, three of them demand attention.

1) Vlad Mata… What a name. A creature right off the novel of Bram Stoker’s Dracula. Vlad the Impaler. Impaling the hearts Dagupenos in the non-performance of his elected duties while collecting payments from the public trough.

2) Luis Samson Jr… the almost David Copperfield of Dagupan’s political hocus pocus. He almost pulled the most daring and corrupted act in the annals of Dagupan politics… the pay parking ordinance.

3) Nicanor Aquino… The bagman for Benjie Lim. The no accountability financial wizard who can make the proceeds of the Dagupan fiesta and collectibles from local businesses disappear into thin air.

And the hangers on like Librada Aquino, Teofilo Guadiz III, Eric Munoz.

In due time, they will master the mechanics of the game.
