MEDICAL MISSION - Pangasinan fifth district Board Member Dionisio Villar Jr. (checkered polo) looks over a patient who came for the medical, dental and surgical mission held during his birthday celebration last July 1 in barangay Salvacion, Sto. Tomas town. More than 2,000 indigent patients benefited from this mission.
