Both of the two kinds of government are acceptable in our country, there is no problem with it. The problem are the officials handling our government. Whatever changes we want to gain in the country, if the people in the position are still doing some hidden agenda, well my dear countrymen, [...]

Dear Mr. Manuel,
We set up a call center here in Dagupan, and applied for BOI incentives. We got the BOI incentives, and we didn’t have to pay any ‘grease-money’ for it. The BOI people were clearly under orders to help BPOs succeed.
