Bury the pay-park ordinance

At long last, these clowncilors that proliferates the City Clowncil saw the light at the end of the tunnel. How gratifying to observe these wild creatures of the dark refused their own kind in the most immoral proposal of them all ….. the city parking ordinance.

But, a single voice in the wilderness still insisted to be heard that this ordinance …the way he looked at it is beneficial to the city or to himself and the people who planned a financial killing on the city.

Clowncilor Luis Samson Jr, a whimsical personality, who has the mentality and attitude of a ten year old, who ran off the Clowncil in a tantrum when the lollipop he demanded was not given to him.

For the good of the city, this ordinance should be where it is supposed to be.
