Parking ordinance is asinine!

It takes a lot to leave me speechless, but this parking ordinance did it, for a full minute. I have to admit that this is by far the most asinine idea I have ever heard! I have also refrained from getting on that bandwagon of name-calling (clowncilors?), but if this actually passes, then all bets are off. 80%, 16%, 4%? Nepotism at its finest!!!If the city can afford to buy those streamers, they can certainly afford to hire a couple of meter maids. They can sub-contract a towing company, and to top if off they should get councilor Samson to paint those curbs!
Nakakapagtaka kong paano naging councilors ang mga taong ito. Wala akong problema sana sa pagpili ng ordinaryong tao na mag-kawad gawa para sa ikauunlad ng bayan at tao, pero sa mga kalokohan na pinapalabas nila, hindi ko mapigilang itanong kong ang mga ito ba ay may pinag-aralan, may konsensya, may puso?
