SCHOOL BAGS FROM PICPA - Pupils of the Pogo Elementary School in Alaminos City sport happy faces after receiving their free school bags last June 20 from the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pangasinan chapter headed by Gertrudes Reyes under the project "PICPA Balik Eskwela" thru Project Chairperson Julie Racho.
