FREE SCHOOL SUPPLIES – Speaker Jose de Venecia distributes school supplies to Grade I and II pupils of the North Central School in Bonuan Gueset in Dagupan City. A total of 20,000 pupils in the Fourth District received free school supplies. The distribution was part of his program to help pupils in public schools.
