YOUTH OFFICIALS – Vice Mayor Alvin Fernandez (with microphone) temporarily yielding his seat as presiding officer of the Sangguniang Panlungsod to Batang Vice Mayor Asuka Toyoshima of DCNHS, addresses the Batang officials during a courtesy call made by the youth officials.
