PRINCIPAL’S TRAGIC RIDE. Chief Inspector Leonardo Tamondong, chief of the Mapandan Police, inspects the tricycle that bore Mrs. Tessie Morante, principal of the Golden Elementary School, who was shot and killed by two-motorcycle riding men wearing crash helmets Wednesday in barangay Aserda, Mapandan. Morante's co-passenger, Myrna de la Peña was unharmed.
