DOTON SLAY SUSPECT'S ARREST– Police Provincial Director Sr. Supt. Alan Purisima (right) announces the arrest of Joel Flores, 28, tagged as the owner of the motorcycle and hand gun used in the slaying of Jose Doton, chair of the Tignay Dagiti Mannalon a Mangwaya-waya ti Agno (TIMMAWA) last May 16 in San Nicolas during a press briefing attended by Punch's Eva Visperas (left). Flores, however, was released after the filing of various charges including murder against him.
