Another promised promise from GMA

GMA once again promised to start fixing the problem with education after she is in office for so many years, just like her promises to stop corruption. Her pronouncements is like saying the rosary-repetitive and always starting with the same phrase or words. I hope she will use her rarely used skills just like what it took to fix the election in a short time. Some people say, if there is a will, there is a way.
