Anti-drug forum slated in campuses
LINGAYEN - The Pangasinan Anti-Drug Abuse Council is set to conduct series of lectures in school campuses.
This was disclosed by Vice Gov. Oscar Lambino, executive director of PADAC, stressing the necessity of anti-drug lectures and symposia targeting student population.
Lambino cited a calendar of activities and venues for the lectures and symposia.
Lambino said PADAC will pursue the activities will be pushed province-wide notwithstanding their shoe-string budget.
PADAC has appealed for help from local government units, Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADAC), City Anti- Drug Abuse Council (CADAC) and the Barangay Anti - Drug Abuse Council (BADAC).
He said DepEd provides the opportunity to help inculcate to the minds of pupils, students, the importance of drug awareness and the ill effects of drugs. - A.P.E.
