NEW PUBLIC MARKET – Mayor Herminio A. Romero leads Mangaldan municipal officials in cutting the ceremonial ribbon during the opening of the newly built ground floor of the two-storey public market building last Thursday. The new area will initially accommodate the 76 vegetable vendors selling on the streets to help decongest the market.
