CLOSE GUARDING — Pangasinan cyclist Santy Barnachea of Umingan town sticks close to arch-rival Frederick Feliciano like a glue during the third stage's back- breaking climb to Baguio City in the Tour Pilipinas' "Padyak Pinoy" bikathon. The Novo Ecijano Feliciano bagged the honors of the day but Barnachea captured the coveted yellow jersey of the eight-day race and never relinquished it since to win the national title.
