CAMP VICTORY VICTORS — Winners in the 3rd Gov. Victor Agbayani Cup boxing competition proudly display their medals and prizes when Gov. Victor Agbayani arrived for a visit. It was the governor who launched the Camp Victory Pangasinan (CVP) program a couple of years ago to provide training assistance to promising young Pangasinan athletes. CVP-trained boxers again dominated this year's edition of the boxing competition held as part of the Pista'y Dayat 2006 celebration.
