NEW INFANTA WATER SYSTEM — Residents of Infanta town listen to Gov. Victor Agbayani underscore the importance of unity and cooperation in achieving development and progress. The governor thanked the people of Infanta and their officials led by Mayor Ruperto Martinez for their cooperation that made the construction of a P12-million potable water system (see inset) possible that would serve residents in the poblacion area and adjoining barangays.– PIO
