GIRL SCOUTS CHIEF — Mrs. Nora Siapno reads her acceptance speech as incoming president of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines, Dagupan Council shortly after the induction of new officers at the Edades Hall of the City Museum last Monday by Mayor Benjamin Lim.
