LONGEST BARBECUE—Gov. Victor Agbayani (R) and Provincial Board Member Dionisio Villar ( L) are cheered by the people of Alcala led by Mayor Manuel Collado after lighting the town's three-kilometer barbecue during the town's fiesta last Saturday in honor of the Holy Cross.
