ALL BY HIS LONESOME — San Fabian cycling stalwart Sherwin Carrera raises his arms in victory on crossing the finish line to win the 178-kilometer "13th Engr. Fidel D. Ginez Cycling Classic" last April 30 which started and ended at Asingan. Carrera beat other 141 participants to pocket the P12,000 top prize.
