Re: Punchline

The threat from your City Mayor is just the tip of the iceberg. Please take note that all town mayors along the Agno River dump their garbage on both banks of the said river and, if not on the banks of creeks, streams and all its other converging tributaries of the Agno River. The same is true with other town mayors using other streams of water that empty into the waters of Dagupan City and Lingayen Gulf as their garbage dumps.

Your City Mayor should not be onion-skinned on this pollution problem. All the rest of the mayors of the province should not also be thick-skinned in their persistence in using our rivers as their garbage dumps.

You have been dealing with your city’s garbage dump for long period now, but the same concern must be made province-wide.

You started the action and we will move with you to the right direction.
