This should not be a surprise to anyone. What else could one expect when there is no such thing as sewer treatment facilities in the city? Or is there even a sewer system? Of course the Dagupan bangus being raised in polluted waters and nothing, absolutely nothing is being done to clean up or stop the continued pollution.
So much for the touted tasty Dagupan bangus. I would not even dare to eat the fish, shrimps and oysters raised in Dagupan and Binmaley waters in fear of food poisoning.
