What’s holding up the STL in Pangasinan? What’s wrong with the Bishop? Is he been under the influence of the dark forces of the church?
If the other provinces passed legislations to legalized STL’s in their turf, then Pangasinan with the outright opposition of Bishop Cruz should muster raw courage to follow suit for progress.
Damn the Bishop’s torpedoes, full speed ahead.
Where is the separation of Church and State? The Bishop dictating policy on the Provincial Board is the most blatant show of dishonesty and the virtual stranglehold for revenue and employment.
I would agree with the Bishop the immorality of illegal gambling. But, where’s the immorality and illegitimacy of legalized gambling? Go figure it out.
And to Vice Gov. Lambino….. go for it. Make the STL a legit operation in Pangasinan. Like I said before; it’s in the birthing the hard part. Everything will come legally into place.
