Dear Mr. Ermin Garcia:

Thank you for your column: "The other death penalty". I commend you for your obvious concern for both local and national issues. I thank you for your tribute to my mentor Dr. Luis F. Samson. An honourable man who I have not thanked enough for what he did for me and my family.
