BANGUS FESTIVAL CARAVAN - Mayor Benjamin Lim (with cap) leads a 300-vehicle caravan that sped through the main streets of the fourth district of Pangasinan (Dagupan, San Fabian, Mangaldan, San Jacinto and Manaoag) to promote Dagupan's 2006 Bangus Festival which reeled off on April. 21. The festival has been expanded to include participation from the district's towns.
