THE HAVEN IS OPEN - House Speaker Jose de Venecia Jr., together with wife Gina and Department of Social Welfare and Development Secretary Esperanza Cabral, cut the ceremonial ribbon inaugurating The Haven for Street Children in Bonuan Binloc, Dagupan City to serve as 'home away from home' for abandoned children aged 6-13 years. The center was established through the Congressional Spouses Foundation led by Mrs. De Venecia. –CSR
