On City hall fire drill:
The work uniform worn by the fireman climbing the stairs did not show the man-in- the- moon-outfit that was supposedly supplied to the city by Speaker de Venecia.
Looking back at the astronaut- bound fireman that was outfitted in honor of De Venecia’s daughter, with his discretionary funds. In retrospect, it was a plan that went bonkers, if it was shelved and the allocated money went to line de Venecia’s pockets.
At P250,000.00 pesos a crack, they were damn expensive.
Where were those uniforms that were promised to the Dagupan City Fire Department to enhance their capacity to fight fires, Speaker de Venecia?
Did you realize it was foolhardy? Did you realize, it wouldn’t work in an environment like Dagupan?
Look us directly in the eye and tell us where those funds went if were not spent on what was intended for. Be accountable. We want our money back.
Drop down, Joe!
