WATER PUMPS FOR FARMERS - A farmer’s cooperative receives a set of irrigation facilities from Gov. Victor Agbayani under the joint program of the provincial government and the Department of Agriculture represented by Regional Director Nestor Domenden. The program provides support for farmers in terms of more irrigation facilities like shallow tube wells, water pumps and small water impounding units.
