Step in the right direction to create jobs and tax base for the government.

Transparency could only be achieved when these STL’s are controlled by the government not state run.

Let the PSCO manage it in business like atmosphere without the interference of those politicos riding shotgun.

There would be serious doubts about the resurgence of legalized gambling. The problem lies in the first hours of the birthing. With strict controls for compliance, it can be done.

If it can happen in Vegas or Atlantic City and every nooks and crannies of America, the Philippines is not far behind.
