WOMEN POWER - Speaker Jose de Venecia Jr. (left) inducts officers and members of the Pangasinan Council of Women, Inc. during the celebration of Women's Day last March 18 at the San Fabian Municipal Sports and Civic Center. The affair was attended by some 4,000 women from different barangays of San Fabian and adjacent towns.
