LAKBAY-ARAL TO BANGUS CAPITAL - City Mayor Benjamin Lim presents the aquaculture industry of Dagupan to Pilar, Capiz delegates, led by Mayor Rita Patricio with husband and former mayor, Gideon Patricio (2nd from left), during the latter's "Lakbay-aral" visit to Dagupan City last March 21. While studying the bangus industry of Dagupan, the visitors also shared their advances in production of crabs, prawns and bangus at Capiz, which is said to be the seafood capital of the Philippines.
