THE HAVEN - Women clients of The Haven for Women in Bonuan Binloc run by the Department of Social Welfare prepare paper roses and stuffed toys as their livelihood project while undergoing counseling and rehabilitation. Since its inception in 1999, The Haven already assisted 412 women and 149 dependents.
