Stone-throwing as heinous crime

To the PCE on his suggestion to enact a law to make "STONE THROWING A HEINOUS CRIME and the criminals SHOT AT THE PLAZA".

Instead of suggesting some "bola-bola" legislation like the one proposed by Councilor TAMAYO, why don't you ask GMA and the councilor to implement those laws that are in the books now like the execution of those cases affirmed by the SUPREME COURT and expedite those on-going cases like GENERAL GARCIA, and investigate the others, some of whom are right next to you and sometimes you praise too much and too often. Mr. PCE, please write something that can really make things better, not some "bola-bola".
