Way back in 1990 just after the devastating earthquake, my boardmate and I came down from Baguio unscathed only to be hit by stone thrown along the highway of Mangaldan town. His eyebrow suffered a severe cut, fortunately, he did not lost his eyesight. There is also this case in North Luzon Tollway where one military officer died. Sad fate!
